About the role

TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking an educator in production technology who wishes to teach and guide students in modern production and manufacturing processes. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical sessions, focusing on production flows, process efficiency, quality assurance, and industrial production.

As an educator, you will contribute to giving students a holistic understanding of how production systems are planned, developed, and optimized in modern industrial environments.

Your responsibilities

Teach production technology and industrial manufacturing processes
Guide students in analyzing production flows and process efficiency
Introduce methods for quality assurance and continuous improvement
Teach production planning, logistics, and resource optimization
Support students in project work and practical applications

We are looking for someone who

Has a professional or academic background in production technology or a related field
Has experience working in industrial production or manufacturing processes
Has a good understanding of production flows, quality systems, and efficiency
Is analytical and confident in technical reasoning
Has strong pedagogical skills and can convey technical relationships clearly
Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience in teaching or mentoring
