About Us:

IT Skills

Ensure stable and efficient operation of all IT infrastructure within the company, with a special focus on LAN, WAN, and WiFi environments. Provide qualified support to both employees and customers in all IT-related matters, from daily user support to more advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Specific systems include:

• Switches, routers
• Aruba TV systems
• Key card systems
• PBX systems
• Restaurant systems

AV Skills

Support conference guests with connection and technical setup for projectors and TV screens, both for smaller meetings and larger events.

Specific systems include, among others:

• ClickShare
• Creston

Responsibilities

• Event planning
• Execution of conferences
• Sound, lighting, and AV
• Customer contact
• Maintenance and purchasing
• Network and infrastructure
• Problem-solving
• Supporting colleagues
• And more

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have good communication skills and create a high sense of service towards customers and colleagues. You enjoy learning new things, are technically curious, take responsibility, and drive tasks forward without micromanagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience with conference or event technology
• Basic knowledge of sound, image, and lighting
• Good computer and network skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize during stressful periods
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written

Merits

• Experience in hotel or conference operations
• TV systems
• Operating systems Windows, Google & MAC
• Digital audio mixers
• Certification in AV or IT
• Previous experience with Strawberry systems

DETAILS

• Employment level: Full-time, 100%
• Working hours: Daytime, weekends, and evenings may occur
• Salary: According to collective agreement
• Start date: According to agreement
