Do you want to help build the next generation data platform for advanced analytics at ICA? We are now looking for a Senior Data Engineer for our Customer Analytics team, where you will have a key role in developing scalable data solutions in the cloud.

About the role of Senior Data Engineer

As a Senior Data Engineer, you work in a cross-functional team together with 3–6 engineers and analysts. You develop and optimize data pipelines and data platforms in a cloud environment, with a focus on enabling advanced analytics, AI, and Machine Learning.

You will:

• Build and further develop data pipelines and data warehouses
• Work with Google Cloud Platform and open source technologies
• Contribute to technical frameworks, working methods, and best practices
• Ensure high data quality and availability
• Work agilely according to the principle “You build it – You run it”

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant engineering background
• Several years of experience in Data Engineering
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and data warehouses
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL
• Work and residence permit in Sweden or EU citizenship
