About the Client Company

We are currently looking for machine operators for an established industrial company in Borås. You will become part of an engaged team and work in a production environment where process monitoring, quality control, and documentation are important parts of the daily work. The role is practical, fast-paced, and suits you if you thrive close to production.

Responsibilities

As a machine operator, your tasks will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Following processes, performing measurements, and conducting quality controls
• Documenting and reporting in the company's systems
• Handling materials and finished products
• Contributing to maintaining high quality and delivery security in production

The work involves both practical and administrative tasks and can be physically demanding at times. Working hours are initially during the day during training, after which they transition to a two-shift system.

Background and Personal Qualities

To thrive in this role, we would like you to:

• Have a technical interest and preferably experience from industrial production
• Be meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Have good computer skills and be comfortable with documentation and reporting
• Enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Previous experience as a machine operator
• Forklift license
• Experience from process industry or other manufacturing operations
