ABOUT THE ROLE:DL Industrial Automation is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a new colleague to join the team in Karlskoga. As a Technical Sales Representative at DL Industrial Automation, you work with technical solutions within industrial automation and data capture. The product range includes barcode readers, scanners, vision systems, safety systems, and laser marking solutions for traceability in manufacturing industries and logistics.
You will work closely with customers to understand their daily operations, identify challenges, and propose solutions that create value. Many of the products are used to ensure traceability in production, for example through permanent laser marking directly on metal or plastic components instead of traditional labels.
The role involves a combination of relationship building, technical consulting, and sales. You will take over an established customer portfolio with existing revenue and long-term customer relationships, meaning you are not starting from scratch. At the same time, you are expected to actively work on new customer acquisition and business development, which accounts for approximately 20–30% of the role.
The territory includes Örebro, Skövde, Trollhättan, and Norway, with opportunities to develop business further north in Sweden and Norway. The role therefore involves regular travel and customer visits.
