Then you might be the person we are looking for. We are seeking an STF Store Manager for Coop Fröding in Karlskoga. Employment will be arranged according to agreement.

As an STF Store Manager, you will handle most of the routine tasks in the store. You act as the Store Manager's closest support and take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence. The role involves ongoing responsibility for sales, staffing, and results. In your work, you lead and coach your employees and assist the Store Manager with planning the daily operations.

You will:

• Work on the total customer experience in the store to achieve increased customer satisfaction, sales, and results.
• Ensure that the store is inspiring and sales-oriented during all opening hours.
• Ensure daily operations, including staffing, ordering, and follow-up.
• Conduct regular customer rounds.
• Contribute to the implementation of the self-control program.
• Ensure correct signage in the store.

The position is for 27 hours per week. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
