Your Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and further development of customer relationships. You work towards the manufacturing industry in the region, with a special focus on customers within, for example, defense, the automotive industry, and advanced production.

You drive the business independently and are expected to identify new business opportunities, while simultaneously developing existing customers.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

  • Prospecting and contacting new customers within the manufacturing industry
  • Drive the entire sales process – needs analysis, quote, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor
  • Collaborate closely with production to ensure the right solutions
  • Contribute to developing structure and working methods in the sales function
  • Actively contribute to and participate in management group meetings

Worth Knowing

Travel is primarily within the region (Örebro, Karlskoga, and surroundings). However, longer day trips may occur.

You will become part of a smaller company with approximately 15 employees and work closely with both management and production. You report to the CEO and are part of the management group. Start is planned after the summer.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who are an experienced industrial salesperson and are used to driving business independently.

You have a good understanding of how it works in a manufacturing environment and feel confident in dialogue with production, purchasing, and technical decision-makers.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in sales towards the manufacturing industry
  • Worked with both new customer acquisition and existing customers
  • Driven the entire sales cycle independently
  • Experience with or good understanding of cutting machining or related areas is highly meritorious and in practice a great advantage in the role
  • Good technical understanding
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Category B driver's license
  • Swedish citizenship (required due to our customers in defense)
