ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You work with the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelet links. We have a high pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

At our store, you will also work with:

Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
Ear/nose piercing (training provided when you start with us).
Visual merchandising, restocking goods, and campaign changes.
Inventory.

The position is a permanent part-time role of 3 hours/week with a 6-month probation period, starting 2026-08-10.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Previous work experience within retail.
A completed upper secondary education.
Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
