As a psychologist with us, you play a central role in working with mental ill health in primary care. The assignment is largely characterized by assessment and guidance to the appropriate level of care, in close collaboration with other professions. The work includes, among other things:

• psychological assessments and diagnostics
• triage and prioritization to the appropriate level of care
• work with assessment waiting lists and referral handling
• shorter treatment and support interventions
• collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
• development of working methods within close and digital care

For those interested, there is an opportunity to work with internet-based treatment (iCBT) and digital contacts.

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and thrive with primary care's broad and varied assignments. You are a person who is independent and takes personal responsibility, is positive, contributes to development work, a good work climate, and sees opportunities in daily work. You enjoy collaborating with other staff at the health centre. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. We would like you to:

• have experience working in primary care (meritorious, but not a requirement)
• be confident in clinical assessments and prioritizations
• thrive with a high patient flow and shorter contacts
• work independently and systematically
• value teamwork and collaboration
• be curious about digital development and new working methods
