The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Care (BUP) has the task of providing specialized care to children and young people up to 18 years of age with psychiatric conditions. Care is always provided in close cooperation with the child's network to create the best possible conditions for treatment and support. We work based on evidence-based methods to ensure safe and effective specialist psychiatric care. The operation is extensive and is carried out by a competent team with different professional roles: counselors, psychologists, doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, special educators, orderlies, and medical care administrators. We are located in modern and pleasant premises in central Örebro. Here there is a good working climate with high ceilings, where cooperation and engagement are in focus.

BUP is currently in an exciting development phase that includes the development of both the assessment process and the treatment offer, where we want to develop the opportunities to offer internet-facilitated psychological treatment. As part of this work, we are expanding the operation with more resources that can contribute to development. As support in the development of internet-facilitated treatment, there is a unit within Specialist Psychiatry, UPP. The unit has a development assignment regarding psychotherapy within the entire Area of Psychiatry in Region Örebro County and currently operates internet-based treatment (iCBT) for adults with depression, panic syndrome, and social anxiety syndrome, as well as having an active research environment in the area.

The job responsibilities include qualified psychological interventions in the form of assessment, treatment, and sometimes investigation. Within the framework of this position, the distribution will be approximately 50% work on developing and implementing internet-facilitated CBT for our patient group, and the rest of the position will include meetings with the patient in the room as well as in assessment and treatment individually and in groups. You will work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams, and participate in joint conferences and professional meetings.

We cooperate extensively with childcare, schools, social services, and other operations within healthcare. The operation works actively to adapt and develop. We are looking for colleagues who want to be part of developing and contributing to our operation. For you with three years of clinical experience, supervision of PTP-psychologists may occur.

A requirement is Swedish psychologist license, and orientation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and interest in internet-facilitated psychological treatment and development work. It is also a requirement with experience of assessment and treatment within child and adolescent psychiatry.

Meritorious:

• Experience in conducting internet-based psychological treatment or work in digital platforms
• Research interest
• Education in and experience of working with TF-CBT or DBT
• Education in and experience of group treatment based on evidence-based methods
• Experience of systematic development work and evaluation of child psychiatric psychological treatment

The advertisement is carried out during the regular unit manager's vacation period, which may mean limited opportunities to answer questions. Questions are therefore referred to be asked in connection with a possible call for an interview. Selection begins in week 30, and interviews will be conducted during weeks 30, 31, and 32.
