You will step into a key role where information security and IT security are translated into concrete decisions in an environment with very high demands for robustness, resilience, and operational grounding. The assignment involves building a more proactive security culture in connection with the establishment of a new data center, where strategic choices need to be supported by Red Teaming, near real-time threat intelligence, and deep technical understanding.

Here you will work closely with both management and technical environments, responsible for strategic cyber resilience and liability management. The role suits you who want to combine long experience in advanced IT security with the ability to influence how a socially critical operation protects its critical infrastructure. This makes the role particularly interesting for you who want both strategic influence and technical weight in the same assignment.

• You lead the work on strategic cyber resilience related to the establishment of a new data center.
• You translate technical insights from Red Teaming and penetration tests into foundations for strategic security decisions.
• You drive the work to strengthen a proactive security culture where the threat landscape, operational validation, and risk picture are interconnected.
• You contribute expertise in liability management and guide prioritizations within information security and IT security.
• You support the design and hardening of hyper-converged infrastructure, with a special focus on Dell VxRail.
• You train management groups and larger groups in cyber security and create understanding of both risks and measures.
• You function as a senior advisor in matters concerning critical IT infrastructure and security strategic choices.

• At least 12 years of continuous, current work experience within IT security.
• At least 8 years of continuous, current experience in strategic cyber security advisory for Swedish authorities or organizations within critical IT infrastructure.
• Documented experience of having performed at least 50 professional penetration tests or Red Team assignments.
• Documented experience in designing and hardening hyper-converged infrastructure, specifically Dell VxRail.
• At least 2 advanced technical certifications within IT security, such as OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN.
• Documented experience in training management groups and larger groups in cyber security.
