Vittsjö Health Center is Scania's smallest public health center, a small, stable rural health center in northern Scania with 3,000 registered patients. The unit currently consists of 12 employees, and we strive to offer our patients care with continuity, working in team collaboration through daily joint assessment rounds. Here we work with specialists in general medicine, ST-doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries.
We also have a good collaboration with our rehabilitation staff, consisting of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, counselor, and dietitian, who have their physical workstations in Hässleholm.
It is easy to get to Vittsjö using public transport, and the health center is located a couple of minutes' walk from the station.

Here you are offered a varied and developing job where you meet patients with different care needs. The tasks include, among other things, own reception, telephone advice, triage, and assessment of patients.
We work continuously to develop the operations and therefore see that you want to be involved in improvement work and contribute with your knowledge and experience. There are also good opportunities to develop and deepen your competence based on the needs of the operation and your interests.
We welcome you who are a licensed registered nurse or district nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We consider it an advantage if you have experience of working within primary care.
As a person, you thrive with variation in your work, you put your patients in focus, and have the ability to quickly adapt when the situation requires it. This is because the workload can vary greatly. Furthermore, it is of great importance that you can work independently while valuing good cooperation with your colleagues at the health center.
