We are now looking for reinforcements for our home care service in Valdemar & Vråen!

We currently have a need for a 6-month temporary position, with a possible extension. Challenging and really fun work in great teams that collaborate and have joy of work! The working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend. We place great emphasis on personal suitability as one needs to be confident enough to work alone in the users' home environments. Therefore, experience from working in home care is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service according to the decision of assistance and the implementation plan, with the user's needs at the center, respecting the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

As a nursing assistant, you are also the designated care contact for the individual user, you are responsible for the care and are helpful in contacts with authorities, relatives, healthcare, etc.

The job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Nursing and care program or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and experience is an advantage.

Working in home care requires that you are confident in your professional role as we work independently in the user's home. You need to be unpretentious and solution-focused as the work requires a well-functioning collaboration in the work group.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, "undersköterska" (nursing assistant) is a protected job title, and to be qualified as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be provided.

To be employed, you need to show an extract from the police criminal record.

Approved grades in Swedish.

A class B driver's license is required, as well as the ability to cycle.

The selection process and interviews will begin during week 30.
