The company is in an exciting phase of development and is now seeking a Project Manager who wants to drive both ongoing service and maintenance assignments as well as future project activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager with our client, you will play a key role in the business, responsible for smaller and medium-sized projects, primarily within service, maintenance, and reinvestments in power facilities.

The role is broad, combining technical responsibility with project management, planning, and customer contact. You will work closely with technicians, service managers, and tender engineers, while enjoying significant freedom to plan and drive your assignments yourself. Your daily tasks will include, among other things:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
• Cost estimation and preparation of cost bases
• Resource and time planning
• Preparation of occupational health and safety plans and project documentation
• Customer dialogue and participation in quotation and tender work
• Coordination of internal and external resources
• Follow-up on economy, quality, and occupational health and safety

The position offers a varied daily routine where you combine office work with visits to operations and project sites. Travel occurs as needed depending on the geographical location of the projects.

WHO ARE YOU?

For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for you who have practical experience from the power industry and feel confident leading projects or assignments in this area. You have developed a solid technical understanding and thrive in a role where you can combine this with planning, economics, and customer contact.

As a person, you are communicative, cooperative, and unpretentious. You easily build trust and establish relationships with colleagues, customers, and various partners. At the same time, you are self-reliant and enjoy taking ownership of your projects. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to create momentum and thereby pave the way for good results.

We also believe the following points apply to you:

• Experience as a project manager, service manager, or similar role within power
• Background from the electricity, energy, or power industry
• Experience in cost estimation and financial follow-up
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety issues
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
