Do you want to be part of managing a strong international brand? We are now looking for a Group Brand Coordinator at 50% for Bonava. This is a role for you who thrives on taking ownership, creating structure, and driving work forward without needing detailed supervision.

About the role

As a Group Brand Coordinator, you will become part of the operational hub in Bonava's global brand work. The role exists to ensure that the daily brand work flows efficiently and to enable effective collaboration between countries and functions.

You will work together with the Group Head of Brand and Marketing, who is responsible for the ongoing management of Bonava's brand, ensuring that processes, tools, templates, and materials function as intended. You will capture needs from the marketing organizations, coordinate external suppliers, drive orders forward, and ensure that brand guidelines are followed.

This is a role for you who wants to work operationally with brand issues and who thrives on creating structure and getting things done. You will work in an international context and be an important part of the work to preserve and strengthen the brand moving forward.

Examples of responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ongoing management of Bonava's brand portal in Brandmaster by ensuring that the content is relevant and user-friendly, as well as keeping templates and resources up to date.
  • Manage and structure the global media bank in Brandmaster with responsibility for digital assets, image management, rights, and access.
  • Ensure that Bonava's document templates in Templafy for PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are updated, user-friendly, and follow brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external partners, such as designers and agencies, as well as follow up on deliveries and ensure quality in the material produced.
  • Be a central contact point for Bonava's marketing teams in various markets by capturing needs, handling orders, reviewing material based on the brand, and converting requests into clear briefs for designers.
  • Contribute to simpler production of marketing material and presentations, for example in Canva.
  • Participate in and support development projects within areas such as brand measurement and AI, where you help drive the work forward and create structure in the implementation.

Who we are looking for

This is a part-time role at 50% with significant personal responsibility. To succeed, you need to be accustomed to planning, prioritizing, and driving your work independently. You will not have anyone detailing your days – instead, you are expected to take ownership, identify what needs to be done, and ensure that the work moves forward.

We are therefore looking for you who are self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented, and who are motivated by being the person who makes the operational machinery run.

Qualifications

  • Experience in driving and coordinating projects.
  • Good general system and IT skills, as well as good knowledge of the Office package.
  • You have a graphic eye, even if you do not need to be a designer.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications

  • Experience with DAM or brand tools, such as Brandmaster or similar.
  • Experience with template management in Templafy or similar.
  • Simpler design production, for example in Canva.
  • Experience working with multiple markets and international stakeholders.
  • Experience from a larger organization, accustomed to stakeholder management and external suppliers.
  • Interest in or experience using AI in brand and marketing work.
  • Additional knowledge in a Nordic language or German.

The assignment

For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at Digitalenta. We offer all our consultants a comprehensive wellness allowance, insurance, favorable pension savings, consultant meetings, and of course an engaged consultant manager who is available to you throughout the employment period.

The assignment is part-time, 50%, starting September 1st. The assignment is permanent. The office is located on Kungsholmen in Stockholm with at least one day per week on-site and the rest of the time with the possibility to work remotely.
