AFRY Industry is now looking for more competent employees in Örnsköldsvik – Become part of the team!

To strengthen our continued expansion in the north, we need to expand our operations with more electrical designers. You will primarily work on projects and assignments within the defense and manufacturing industry. Your daily life and future with us are shaped by your competence, the customer's needs, as well as your personal ambition, development plan, and drive.

As a product-developing electrical designer with us, you will work with different parts of the development process across a broad technical area where your task will be to design electrical systems in an innovative and professional manner.

Your duties will include among other things:

• Selection of components and preparation of development specifications.
• Creation of schematic design and manufacturing documentation for cabling.
• Analysis of existing market components and subsystems.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that:

• You have an academic degree in electrical engineering, automation, electronic systems, or alternatively have equivalent work experience.
• You have experience from electrical design and/or product development. You feel confident in the choice of electrical components and you can create electrical schematics.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and hold a driver's license (B).
• You have experience with software such as E3-series, Eplan, or Elprocad.

As a person, you are:

• An inquisitive problem solver who likes new challenges.
• Structured and orderly with good collaboration skills.

Meritorious if you have:

• Work experience within the automotive industry or are motor & vehicle interested.

This employment involves placement in a security class. Security clearance with register check and drug test will be conducted prior to the assignment. Swedish citizenship is also a requirement for this position.
