Funkiscoachen (A.E Gruppen) supports individuals entitled to personal assistance in managing their own assistants. The employer has a collective agreement.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for a man with an acquired brain injury, which has resulted in a severe disability. The man has significant difficulties expressing himself verbally.

The man requires 24/7 assistance with his daily living activities. This includes support with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and other personal care tasks. Various assistive devices are available on-site.

You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with similar disabilities is advantageous, but not a requirement as training will be provided.

The role involves working longer shifts. Shifts can be scheduled during the day, evening, or night based on mutual agreement.

A Category B driver's license is preferred, as the workplace is located outside of Stigtomta.

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a clear advantage.
