Professionals Nord (PN) is now launching a successful setup in collaboration with Satellite Group, where you will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Technician. This in-demand concept, which previously collaborated with Bravida, is now shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians.

During a 12-week introduction period via Satellite Group, you will develop your skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introduction period

The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Refrigeration technology
• Electrical engineering
• Piping systems and system construction
• Refrigerants and the F-gas regulation
• Refrigeration certificate category 1

Introduction: September 21 – January 22 (details for the entire introduction period will be provided during the employment interview)

First day at Bravida: January 25

About the position

As a refrigeration technician at Bravida, you primarily work with service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems in grocery stores. The work involves handling both planned service interventions and urgent operational disruptions. You are involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to the completion of the project, and are responsible for executing the assignment in accordance with current safety and quality requirements. In the long term, on-call duties and readiness are included, meaning you need to enjoy working independently and feel confident taking responsibility out at the customer's site.

Common tasks include among others:

• Service and contracts within the refrigeration field
• Troubleshooting and formulating concrete action plans for these faults
• Customer contact
• Planning the execution of work together with the nearest service manager

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop within refrigeration technology
• Enjoy combining practical work with technical problem-solving
• Are curious, responsible, and dare to take initiative
• Are structured and maintain calm in time-critical situations
• Have good collaboration skills and enjoy customer contact
• Hold a B-driver's license

Strong merits include tool experience, for example from work with vehicles, renovation projects, or other practical contexts.
