You will take on a key role in ensuring that complex technical systems function as intended throughout their entire lifecycle. Here, you work closely with system verification, system validation, and system integration in an environment where quality, structure, and coordination are crucial for the overall success.

The role combines practical work with clear leadership responsibilities. You drive planning, follow-up, and coordination of verification and integration activities, often serving as a sub-project manager within testing, verification, and integration. You work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, contributing to progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring the right quality at every step. • You plan, lead, and follow up on activities within system verification, system validation, and integration.
• You develop and maintain verification, validation, and integration specifications, as well as associated strategies and criteria.
• You lead and conduct tests within verification, validation, and integration, and analyze the results.
• You ensure structure, traceability, and correct documentation of carried-out activities and results.
• You identify and manage technical limitations, dependencies, and risks related to verification and integration.
• You coordinate work between sub-projects and stakeholders to create progress and a controlled integration process.
• You report status, deviations, and results to relevant stakeholders.
• You follow up on technical and organizational integration dependencies and support necessary decisions along the way.

• You have a strong technical understanding of complex systems.
• You have experience in system development, requirements management, verification, validation, and/or integration.
• You have a good understanding of engineering, procurement, and production processes.
• You have good insight into user and stakeholder needs.
• You have excellent skills in structuring, analyzing, and producing technical documentation.
• You have knowledge of configuration management for systems and support systems.
• You are accustomed to working cross-functionally in complex environments.
• You are confident in a leading role and can drive activities forward in a structured manner.
