About the role

Responsibilities

You will become part of an engaged finance department where you will work broadly with accounting and financial management. There are good opportunities to grow in your role and gradually take on more responsibility. Examples of tasks include: • Ongoing accounting • Year-end closing • Preparation of reporting materials • Participation in improvement and development work within the finance function The role can be adapted to your experience, allowing you the space to develop quickly if you wish.

We are looking for you who

Perhaps you are coming from a consulting role in accounting or auditing and want to move to the "inside" of a company? Do you want more responsibility, a better understanding of the business as a whole, and the opportunity to develop in a secure environment with good future prospects? Then this is an opportunity for you. To qualify, you should have post-secondary education in economics and basic experience in accounting (e.g., ongoing bookkeeping, year-end closing). You should have a good understanding of financial flows and figures, as well as being detail-oriented and structured. You should also be unpretentious and good at collaborating. The location is in Arvika, and we prefer that you live in the surrounding area. We would like you to have a few years of experience in a role as an accountant, accounting consultant, or audit assistant, and that you have worked with year-end closing and reporting. Previous experience from manufacturing industry is an advantage, as is familiarity with working in various financial or ERP systems. You have a clear interest in developing, improving working methods, and taking on greater responsibility over time. Above all, you want to grow in your role and eventually take the next step within finance.
