Your Role
AbbVie is now looking for a new part-time colleague for an administrative role within the Medical Affairs team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to Medical Advisors with tasks related to their internal and external activities. The work is primarily carried out in the MAP system, which has clear checklists for what needs to be done, approved, and signed before and after each activity.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Medical Advisors with administration before and after activities
- Work proactively with broad internal and external contacts to gather necessary information
- Practical support for external meetings, such as travel booking, venue booking, and sending out invitations.
Your Profile
For this position, we value that you are structured and proactive in your approach to work, as well as having a good ability to handle several parallel tasks. You are service-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You have good system proficiency.
Scope: In this role, it is advantageous if you can work a few hours per day, approximately 10–15 hours per week. Most of this time during office hours. Therefore, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%, studies are great.
Employment: This is a consulting assignment initially for 6 months, until the end of January. You will be employed by Clevry but work at AbbVie.
The Recruitment Process
