Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Tester

What You Will Work On

• Design, plan, and execute manual test cases
• Prepare and maintain test case documentation for automation initiatives
• Document, track, and report test results using Zephyr
• Validate business processes and system functionality within Lumera
• Perform end-to-end testing of Life & Pension Insurance solutions
• Test customer-facing portals and digital channels
• Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance and usability standards
• Validate and generate XML files for Metaforce integrations
• Verify PDF outputs and document generation processes
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and QA teams
• Support defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement activities
• Contribute to successful system implementation and delivery quality

What You Bring

• Extensive hands-on experience working with Lumera and its business processes
• Strong domain knowledge within Life & Pension Insurance
• Experience planning, designing, and executing tests in insurance-related projects
• Strong background in manual testing and quality assurance
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
• Ability to read, understand, validate, and troubleshoot XML files
• Experience testing customer-facing applications and digital channels
• Understanding of accessibility testing principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and transformation initiatives
