Our client is a leading Nordic SaaS company developing digital collaboration platforms for the construction and infrastructure industry. Their solutions help project owners, contractors, and consultants collaborate more effectively throughout the entire construction process – from planning to project completion.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying, processing, and developing new business opportunities for the company's SaaS solutions in the Swedish market. You work closely with decision-makers, project managers, and other key figures within the construction and infrastructure sector, driving the sales process from first contact to closed deal.

You thrive on creating new business opportunities, take initiative, and are motivated by building your own customer portfolio. This role is ideal for you if you have a few years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales and want to develop further in a business-driven environment.

You enjoy the combination of technology, business, and customer dialogue. You don’t need to be an expert on the products from day one, but you are curious about digitalization and motivated by selling modern software solutions that help customers work smarter, more efficiently, and more profitably.

Your main responsibilities

  • Identify and process new customers within the construction and infrastructure industry
  • Create and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to contract
  • Work systematically in CRM systems and follow up on activities and business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and delivery
  • Contribute to the company's continued growth in the Swedish market

We believe you have

  • A few years of experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Experience in SaaS sales is highly advantageous
  • A genuine interest in creating new business and building customer relationships
  • Ability to drive sales processes independently and systematically
  • Experience from construction, real estate, or project-oriented operations is advantageous but not required
  • A technical or construction-related educational background is a plus
  • High drive, business focus, and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
