The Organization

Klockarbergsskolan in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully situated in the middle of the village, right next to the church with a view of Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarbergsskolan is the municipality's only comprehensive school/adapted comprehensive school and has approximately 400 students in grades F-9. Within the school grounds, there is a preschool class, a sports hall, a library, and a music school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic perspective and a shared value base for parents and students from the time the student starts preschool class until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and positive work climate where students and teachers thrive together. The municipality's small size means close decision-making processes and great opportunities to influence the development of operations.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for substitutes for grades F-9, both as teachers and as support staff. Daily tasks include planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring high-quality pedagogical activities that create context for the students' entire school day.

Qualifications

You have some form of pedagogical education and are attentive and flexible, as each workday can look different depending on the day's needs. You communicate and collaborate easily with both students and other colleagues.

Personal Qualities

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and abilities. We see that you are communicative and have an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are structured in your teaching and a good leader in the classroom. You have a good understanding of people's different prerequisites for absorbing knowledge and communicate clearly.

Working Hours/Duration

Hourly substitutes as needed, with start date by agreement. A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before employment. Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.

During the interview, you will need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a population registration certificate together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
