We are growing rapidly and now expanding to Karlstad. In August, we will launch our operations at the lovely International English School in Karlstad, where approximately 500 students will enjoy a great dining experience provided by us.

Short about the role

We are looking for a cheerful personality with a touch of entrepreneurship and a strong passion for food and flavors. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, appreciate order and structure, and want to drive the business forward together with the rest of the team. In dialogue with our guests, we expect you to engage and be creative regarding food waste and plant-based alternatives.

You will have your own group of guaranteed friendly colleagues to help you.

A typical day might involve:

• Menu planning and bookings
• Purchasing food supplies
• Inventory management
• Managing self-control programs for food hygiene
• Onboarding kitchen staff
• Guest contact
• School events such as wok and BBQ sessions

Together with the group manager, you are responsible for ensuring we follow the company's routines, policies, and legal requirements.

Who is this multi-talented individual we are looking for?

We believe you are a food creator with five to ten years of experience leading and developing staff in restaurant kitchens. As a person, you are driven, customer-focused, and positive, with an almost magical ability to see opportunities and find various types of solutions.

Does this sound like you? Great! If you also meet the following criteria, we really must grab a coffee:

• At least three years of work experience as a head chef.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience with menu planning and administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period

Hours: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime Monday–Friday, but evenings may occur during open houses, parent meetings, etc.
