We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented environmental steward for a temporary position of approximately 9 months, as one of our colleagues is continuing their studies.

At Uddevallahem, you will have an important role in creating safe and pleasant areas for our tenants every day.

As an environmental steward, you are a key person in our residential areas.

You work closely with both colleagues and tenants and contribute to a well-maintained and welcoming outdoor environment.

• Maintenance of outdoor areas (e.g., care of green spaces, plantings, and tree pruning)
• Contact with tenants and contributing to good well-being in the area
• Reporting of any defects or need for measures

• Enjoy working outdoors and are practical
• Have a service-oriented and positive attitude
• Enjoy taking personal responsibility and collaborating with others
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience in similar work is meritorious, but your attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
