About the role

As a gardener, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas around our customers' properties. You work practically and with variety, handling everything required to create a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and businesses.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of green areas, such as mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, and weed control
• Planting, watering, and basic care of plants
• Cleaning of walkways, courtyards, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Maintenance and basic upkeep of machines and tools
• Opportunities for snow removal, sanding, and anti-icing during winter
• Reporting defects, damages, and deviations
• Service-oriented interaction with residents, school children, businesses, and visitors

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, is meticulous, and has an eye for detail. You work independently but collaborate well with colleagues. This role suits you if you are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working at a varied pace. Experience is crucial for this position. We prefer that you have previous experience with green area maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outdoor maintenance, park, or garden work
• Basic machine proficiency (e.g., lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower, snow blower)
• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Merits: Education in gardening/property management, TCYK professional certificate
