Do you want to work with planning for agricultural and rural buildings?

Växa is now looking for a passionate Building Advisor! You will be part of a group of nine experienced building advisors. There are many opportunities for development as we offer a workplace with extensive collective knowledge where you, together with our advisors in areas such as economics, environment, dairy, and beef production, will work to develop Swedish agricultural and rural businesses. At Växa, we focus on customer needs and work in teams around our customers.

The work is diverse and covers everything from early sketches, preliminary study materials, and cost calculations to tender documents and construction management. In addition to the above, there are great opportunities to shape the role according to your own interests, for example within mechanization, energy and environmental issues, or working environment.

Suitable education and experience

Agronomist, farm manager, building engineer, or equivalent academic education. We are looking for a person with great commitment and the ability to meet people. You communicate well both verbally and in writing and have good computer skills. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. The work is independent and flexible.

Meritorious qualifications

We prefer that you have practical experience and have worked as an advisor or salesperson in the agricultural or construction industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drawing programs is also meritorious.

Scope and location

Full-time and permanent position located at one of Växa's larger offices in Sweden, e.g., Falköping, Eksjö, or Linköping. Other offices may also be relevant.

Salary according to agreement.
