About the role

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will become part of our global feed team and work in close collaboration with both the sales organization and our factories. You have a clear focus on poultry, but also contribute within the pig sector.

Together with colleagues in various parts of the business, you drive the development of our nutritional solutions and ensure they work in practice – technically, production-wise, and commercially.

The role involves a clear mandate where you:

• take responsibility and make decisions in daily work
• translate your experience into practice
• contribute to developing our products and working methods

You play a central role in ensuring that our feed products maintain high quality while meeting customer needs and business requirements.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in feed nutrition for monogastric animals, with a clear strength in poultry. You are confident in your competence and have a good understanding of how your decisions affect production, quality, and profitability.

As a person, you are proactive, pragmatic, and unpretentious. You build trust, take responsibility, and are seen as reliable by others in both everyday life and change.

About us and location

We prefer that you are based at our office in Lidköping, where you work closely with other product managers and feed specialists. At the same time, we are open to other locations for the right person.

You are part of our global team Animal Categories and report to the Head of Product Managers within DLG.
