YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Product Manager for our digital solutions Cropline and Cordulus, you are part of the business team in your business unit and are responsible for driving, managing, and developing your product area in terms of both profitability and product range. The role also involves coaching sales staff with information about existing and new products and actively selling yourself. Your focus is on sales, relationship building, and business development – both with new and existing customers.

You have clear responsibility for your sales area and follow up on your results together with the Sales Manager. With strong drive and good market knowledge, you help create tomorrow's agricultural solutions and create real value for our customers. Together with knowledgeable colleagues and product managers, you tailor offers that strengthen both the customer's business and ours. The position is full-time (100%) permanent with a 6-month probation period.

You are responsible for:

  • Driving sales and creating customer relationships within your geographical area with a focus on crop production.
  • Managing, driving, and developing our digital solutions.
  • Actively processing new and existing customers through proactive sales.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering value-creating solutions.
  • Working towards set sales targets and following up on results with your direct manager.
  • Keeping up to date with products, the market, and competitors.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Tech-interested and solution-oriented.
  • Communicative and a trustworthy relationship builder.
  • Solution-oriented and sees opportunities.
  • Business-driven with a strong will to achieve results.
  • Passionate about sales and customer contact.
  • Independent and proactive, with the ability to take own responsibility.
  • Flexible and thrives in a varied daily routine.

You have:

  • Experience in sales and/or advisory services to crop farms.
  • Tech interest and preferably technical experience.
  • Good understanding and interest in Swedish agriculture.
  • Relevant education, e.g., agronomist, agrotechnician, farm manager, or equivalent experience.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Category B driver's license and possibility to travel in the role.
