As district veterinarians, we work on behalf of private individuals, companies, and authorities. We provide socially vital services for emergency animal care, disease control, and preventive measures for good animal health. Always grounded and with heart in the right place. Job Responsibilities

Your main duties will involve animal healthcare during daytime hours at our equine clinic. This includes, for example, X-ray examinations, blood sampling, assisting in lameness investigations, and other common animal care tasks. You will also be responsible for hygiene work as well as maintenance of premises and equipment.

On some days, your work may include other parts of the operation, such as working in the reception or out in the field. Customer contact is a large and significant part of the job.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, is service-oriented, and has good teamwork skills. You should enjoy customer contact and be passionate about working for the benefit of both clients and animals.

It is a requirement that you thrive in high-pressure situations and can also work independently.

We primarily seek candidates who are trained animal care workers with experience working at an equine clinic and familiarity with X-ray procedures. We place great emphasis on teamwork skills, computer literacy, personal suitability, and maturity. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
