Our client is a growing installation company in Sundsvall that is in an expansion phase. With several long-term contracts and a stable organization, they are now looking for a Department Manager Electrical who wants to help further develop the business for the future.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by our client.

About the Role

As Department Manager Electrical, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical operations and become a key figure in the organization's continued development. The role involves broad responsibilities where you work with business development, finance, personnel management, and project management.

You will lead and develop an experienced team while ensuring that the operations are run efficiently, profitably, and with high quality. You will have close contact with both customers and employees and become an important part of creating long-term relationships and new business opportunities.

This role suits you if you want to work strategically and operationally with leadership rather than practical installation work.

We Are Looking For

• Experience from the electrical industry, for example as a project manager, foreman, service manager, or department manager
• Good understanding of costing, budgeting, and financial follow-up
• Experience in leading employees and creating structure in operations
• Business-minded and comfortable with customer contacts and relationship building
• Good knowledge of contracting and service operations
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
