About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated OCC Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance Division in Sweden. As an OCC Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operations center, supporting the safe, reliable, compliant and efficient operation of our renewable energy assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their technical career to develop comprehensive operational expertise while working on meaningful renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform continuous monitoring of renewable energy assets, substations, SCADA systems, communication networks and operational performance indicators

· Conduct first-line alarm analysis, operational troubleshooting and incident handling activities

· Coordinate with Asset Managers, Site Managers, contractors, grid operators and other stakeholders regarding operational events and maintenance activities

· Monitor operational data, production performance and operational trends; maintain operational logs and reporting records

· Support market coordination activities, production reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

· Technical diploma, vocational training or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

· 0–3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy operations, operational monitoring, technical support, SCADA systems or related technical functions (fresh graduates with relevant internships considered)

· Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English

· Basic familiarity with SCADA systems, operational monitoring platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in renewable energy, wind farm operations, solar energy, or utility operations

· Experience with SCADA systems, CMMS platforms or OEM monitoring tools

· GWO certification or renewable energy operational training
