Your Role as Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company, you work closely with our customers and employees with the aim of contributing to good customer collaborations and deliveries with project responsibility. You will work on several exciting projects in parallel, and depending on your background and experience, we can adapt your role, both in terms of project size and within different technical directions. This gives you the opportunity to fully utilize your competence and develop in a direction that interests you most.

As a Project Manager, you will actively monitor and satisfy both your own and our customers' interests. In your role, you plan resources and tasks, prepare bids and offers, and ensure that the project's economy and quality meet the set goals.

The role also includes:

• Planning and leading your own projects.
• Responsibility for financial control and follow-up in projects.
• Advising customers and clients, and serving as a sounding board internally.
• Ensuring a good working environment during project execution.
• Quality-assuring documentation before delivery to the customer.
• Mentoring and guiding Designers and Processors.

We currently have an established network in the northern region, both with property owners, project managers, and electrical contractors. We collaborate closely in projects involving several people with different roles, such as Designers, Processors, Project Managers, or Specialists. Within Living as a whole, there is also a large number of specialists, which creates a positive sense of security. We believe in developing people and helping them grow, which is an established culture and philosophy.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with experience working as a Processor, Project Manager, or Project Manager previously, and who wants to continue developing and broadening your assignments together with colleagues in a team with high engagement. You currently work in the industry with passionate responsibility and focus on customer, delivery, technology, quality, results, business, and have an established network. You are flexible and adapt easily depending on the type of assignment. We would appreciate it if you have education and/or experience in electrical engineering, and have worked with project management or project leadership previously. As a person, you are business-oriented, structured, and thrive with many contacts, both with colleagues and customers. You are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing.
