We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for SCA Obbola, welcome with your application!

Your Next Challenge

At SCA Obbola, there is the world's largest kraft liner machine, and it is one of the world's most modern facilities for kraft liner production. Through extensive investments, we have created a strong platform for competitiveness and continued development, where digitalization, automation, and data-driven working methods play an increasingly important role. We are on an exciting journey towards a more autonomous factory and are now looking for a Maintenance Manager who wants to help shape the next step.

As Maintenance Manager, you have a central role in the factory's management and a great responsibility for continuing to develop the maintenance operations and the factory as a whole. Together with the rest of the management group, you work to create a safe, efficient, and predictable operation where people, technology, and processes collaborate for the best results.

You lead the maintenance function with a focus on high availability, operational safety, and continuous improvements. At the same time, you drive the work of developing processes, working methods, and collaborations between maintenance and production to create conditions for a modern, sustainable, and increasingly autonomous industrial operation.

As Maintenance Manager, you are part of the factory's management group and report to the Plant Manager.

To fit the role, we see that you:

• Have a university degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Have experience of leading work within industry
• Are accustomed to working close to production and operations
