Manda School has students from preschool class through grade 6, as well as an after-school center. The school is located on Bergnäset, approximately 3.5 km from Luleå city center. We have a fantastic outdoor environment and are close to the beautiful nature around Höträsket.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a special needs teacher who will play a key role in working with students in need of special support. You will, in collaboration with teachers and special needs educators, develop an efficient and flexible organization for these students. The assignment includes mapping and follow-up of needs, individual work with students, guidance of teachers, and assessments. Additionally, you will participate in planning work with the principal and student health services. The position is focused on grades F-6. We want to jointly organize a systematic approach that benefits the learning of the students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained teacher with a special needs education degree. Knowledge of LOGOS or Legilexi is meritorious. Experience working as a special needs teacher is also meritorious. You have experience working with learning for students with special needs and structures that support learning. You have participated in systematic work with the Swedish National Agency for Education's assessment support and training in reading and writing. Adapting your teaching and seeing each student is important to you, and you often reach the students you work with through your empathetic attitude.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Start date: August 12th or as agreed.
