I am a 10-year-old boy looking for a new personal assistant for daytime hours. I have a disability and need help with various daily tasks. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The role involves being present and available for all tasks. Your responsibility is to create a calm, safe, and stable environment, ensuring that days proceed in a good and secure manner.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is sensitive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and adapt easily to different situations. Experience in care work or within healthcare and support services is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is detail-oriented and has good judgment.
• Can work independently but also collaborate well with others.
• Has strong communication skills and can express themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has experience working with teenagers (advantageous).

Your responsibilities

I need help with suctioning mucus, managing a feeding pump for a PEG tube, and lifting. The most important thing is that you see me as a whole person and can plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view this as a long-term commitment, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as this is crucial for communication and documentation.

Having a nursing assistant education is a big plus, but most importantly, you are secure, sensitive, and want to be part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime according to schedule or agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Working times: Active assistance 24/7, divided into day, evening, and night shifts according to an adapted schedule. You will receive introduction and training in the role of personal assistant.
