About Home Care Services

Humaniora Home Care is the municipal provider of home care services in Solna. We operate between 07:00–22:00, divided into day and evening shifts. We also have night operations from 21:00–07:15. Day staff start around 07:00 and work until 16:30 at the latest. Evening staff work between 16:30–22:00. Night staff work between 21:00–07:15 and work in pairs with a colleague. The schedule is rolling, with shifts every other weekend.

We have a total of seven groups and premises at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta, and Fridenborgsvägen 9 in Solna.

What does the role involve?

Humaniora Home Care provides nursing care, support, and services to our customers in their homes. This may include walking, cleaning, shopping, helping with cooking according to their preferences, and assisting with personal hygiene. Continuous written documentation is required. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are comfortable with these types of tasks. The job also involves contact with the customers' relatives. Pets may be present at our customers' homes as we work there. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or is currently studying nursing/care (e.g., nurse or other healthcare profession).
• Can handle a smartphone as a work tool.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a mobile Bank-ID.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• Previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in home care services.
• The ability to cycle.
• A B-class driver's license.

As a person, you have good judgment, are easy to collaborate with, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strong points is the ability to listen and be receptive to the other party. You are someone who likes to take initiative.

The positions are fixed-term employment for the summer, and the start date is by agreement. We are recruiting continuously and look forward to reading your application as soon as possible, but no later than June 26, 2026.
