Job Responsibilities

You will work as a class teacher for grade 5, teaching Swedish, Social Studies (SO), and English, as well as teaching English in grade 4. The role includes planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in accordance with current regulatory documents.

You design teaching based on a holistic view of the students, taking into account their needs, interests, knowledge, and experiences. Through teaching, you stimulate students' development and learning, as well as spark curiosity and a desire to learn.

You lead and organize work in the student group and create structures and learning environments that promote security, participation, and study comfort. You adapt teaching based on students' different prerequisites and needs.

The role involves collaborating with guardians, colleagues, and school leadership to develop teaching and operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach English, Swedish, and Social Studies in grades 4–6.

• You have clear pedagogical leadership and the ability to lead and organize teaching in a student group.
• You have a holistic view of students' learning and development, as well as the ability to adapt teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites.
• You see good relationships with students and guardians as a natural foundation for successful learning.
• You contribute to collegial learning and the development of operations, and take responsibility for your professional development by actively participating in relevant competence development.
