Arödsdal Care and Support Housing is located on the outskirts of Ljungskile, close to nature. The facility has a total of 26 apartments specializing in dementia care.
We are facing new challenges as our elderly population ages and the need for support and assistance changes. The care we provide is based on person-centered care and support, which is built on the individual's needs and wishes. Your competence and commitment contribute to improving the daily life of our residents and making a difference in their lives.
Together with colleagues, you will work based on a person-centered approach, create value for our residents, and contribute to the development of the operations.

Employment starts as soon as possible or according to agreement. The position is rotational.

For positions requiring a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) for a protected professional title, this must be submitted before employment.
Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become current.
A criminal record check is conducted for all employments within the Social Services Administration.
For employments within HVB (Home for Care or Board) operations, the HVB extract is requested.
For employments in operations directed towards children with disabilities, the extract "Children with Disabilities" and a check of own records are requested.
For other employments within the Social Services Administration, the extract "Check of Own Records" is requested.
If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the check.
