ABOUT THE JOB
Do you want a developmental role where you can combine operational support with strategic development work? We are now looking for an HR Specialist for Lycksele Municipality.
Like many other municipalities, we face both challenges and opportunities when it comes to attracting, developing, and retaining the right competence for the welfare of the future. As an HR Specialist, you play an important role in this work.
In collaboration with managers, colleagues, and external partners, you contribute to creating good conditions for the municipality's competence supply. Your work helps us continue to be an attractive employer and meet the needs of our operations, both today and in the future.
As an HR Specialist, you work across the municipality with a holistic perspective on the organization. The assignment is varied and combines operational support with strategic development work. The main focus is on being a qualified support for our managers in recruitment matters, as well as developing and quality-assuring our working methods with a focus on digitalization, primarily within recruitment but also in other areas concerning competence supply.
You will also work on producing, revising, and quality-assuring policy documents, coordinating competence development initiatives, and supporting operations in their learning and development. This may involve coordinating external training, producing digital training, or planning and conducting workshops and other training initiatives yourself.
The assignment also includes communicative tasks, such as developing and updating content on the intranet and website, as well as participating in and coordinating activities that strengthen Lycksele Municipality's place and employer brand.
The combination of tasks creates a varied everyday life and provides good opportunities to both deepen and broaden your competence within the HR field.
YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in HR, behavioral science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience in competence-based recruitment, developing and implementing training initiatives, or other communicative work is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience in process development and development of working methods.
You have a great interest in recruitment and are motivated by creating conditions for operations to succeed through the right competence.
