Your role

As Senior Controller at Nyåkers, you will have strategic and operational overall responsibility for the company's financial management, while also contributing support in business planning and commercial development.

You will work in a small and tight organization with close collaboration between functions. The finance function consists of a small team, and you will work closely with the CEO and other key personnel in the business to create stability, business value, and clear decision-making foundations.

The role includes responsibility for financial planning, reporting, and follow-up, as well as the development of budget and forecasting processes. You ensure strong financial control and produce analyses, key figures, and scenarios that help the business make well-founded decisions.

You also drive internal control, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while supporting commercial development through, for example, pricing models, profitability analyses, and revenue strategies.

This is a broad and business-close role for you who want to combine strategic responsibility with operational work in a company with strong faith in the future and short decision-making paths.

Who we are looking for

We believe you have a degree in economics or equivalent higher education in economics, as well as several years of experience in qualified financial management, reporting, and analysis.

You are used to working close to the business and feel confident in both strategic discussions and operational issues. You have a good understanding of how the finance function can contribute to business development and long-term growth.

We would like you to have experience from owner-managed companies and manufacturing operations, as well as good knowledge of NAV or similar business systems. You work comfortably in Excel and PowerPoint and communicate well in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are analytical, business-oriented, and structured. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys working closely with both management and operations. You have a non-hierarchical approach to work, build trust through collaboration, and see the value in creating results together with others – not just within the finance function but in the entire company. You thrive in a role where you get to influence the direction of the business.
