We are now increasing the pace of our production in Tanumshede and therefore need to strengthen our shift teams with more truss operators. The positions are fixed-term with the possibility of permanent employment.

In our factory in Tanumshede, we manufacture roof trusses for construction projects across Sweden. Here, we work together, focusing on quality, speed, and on-time delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assemble roof trusses according to drawings and specifications
• Work with machines and tools and perform simple maintenance
• Check that products meet the correct quality standards
• Follow safety regulations and procedures in daily work

You will become part of a tight-knit team where you help each other and drive production forward together.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in production or similar work (meritorious)
• Ability to follow instructions and drawings
• Interest in practical and technical work
• Understanding of quality and safety
• Good knowledge of Swedish
