We are looking for you who are a district nurse and interested in working in our excellent home care service.

Alvik Health Centre is a well-functioning and well-staffed health centre with a central location and good transport connections. We are now looking for you who want to work in our fine operation, who want to work daytime and together with a lovely group of colleagues.

Our workplace:

Alvik Health Centre is located centrally, close to the subway and tram in Alvik in Bromma. Our well-functioning clinic serves residents of all ages and life stages. Together, we are approximately 70 employees working together at the health centre. We are a positive and cheerful team with a balanced economy.

Job Responsibilities:

In our home care team, district nurses, nurses, assistant nurses, and a home care doctor work together to plan and perform basic home care for our patients. Between visits, we travel by car, e-bike, or on foot. When we are not making home visits, we work at the clinic and provide telephone advice. We work with TeleQ. The role of a district nurse in home care requires broad competence and independence.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have further education as a district nurse. You have a few years of experience in the profession and experience from primary care. You are confident in your competence and accustomed to working in the journal system TakeCare.

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Probationary period may apply.

Full-time. Start date by agreement.

The position will be filled subject to it not needing to be allocated for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

In patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Region:

- Register checks are applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.

- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
