About the position
In the role of Service Technician, you will work with the service and maintenance of ASSA ABLOY’s entrance solutions at our customers’ sites. The work involves installation, repairs, and maintenance, where you contribute to ensuring that the customer’s specific needs are met. Your daily work covers everything from preventive service to urgent repairs and technical improvements.
A significant part of your work will involve managing and developing customer relationships, while working closely with experienced colleagues in service, sales, and technical support. As a Service Technician, you have the opportunity to combine technical service work with customer interaction in a secure and stable company. You will be part of a team with other technicians who provide support and assistance on your journey with us at ASSA ABLOY. Working hours are typically Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:30, with occasional on-call duties. The position is home-based, and a company car is provided according to current policy.

No two days are alike, so a good ability to be flexible and reprioritize when necessary is required.
Your geographical area is Region South, with Malmö as the main city. Longer car trips may occur.
