RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT department is now looking for an IT Technician/Support Technician. You who apply should have experience with client administration, client configuration, and data communication. We expect you to have good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems, Office software, Active Directory/Entra, and Windows Server.

The main tasks include handling support cases via our helpdesk and maintenance within client administration, client packaging, and client configuration.

The work may also include server operations and management of systems for which the unit is responsible.

Our client environment consists of approximately 2500 PCs with a Windows environment and approximately 300 different client and server programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education at least at the upper secondary level or equivalent work experience from the field.
• Good knowledge of Windows clients and central administration of client computers.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server.
• Good knowledge of networks and communication.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Intune is meritorious.
• Experience with networks and databases is meritorious.
