Job Description

As a cook for the Service Administration at Hammarö Municipality, you will participate in the kitchen's daily production. You will be involved in planning, purchasing, and administrative tasks such as internal billing, accounting, ordering, self-control/HACCP, and nutritional calculations, among others.

Your main task as a cook is to prepare nutritious meals for our diners. You are also responsible for preparing special and allergen-free meals.

The position is a full-time employment of 40 hours per week, with working hours Monday to Friday. The position is a vacation cover.

Start date: According to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained cook and have several years of experience from large-scale kitchens or restaurants. You are passionate about preparing tasty and nutritious meals and value good service as well as professional interaction. As a person, you appreciate good teamwork, take responsibility, and contribute a positive attitude to daily work.

You have good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene regulations, and relevant legislation. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge and experience of special diets.

Requirements for the position:

• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license (as work may take place at various locations in the municipality)

With reference to the School Act, anyone offered this position must present a valid extract from the criminal record register before an employment contract can be drawn up.
