The Social Services Administration runs a broad operation within elderly care, disability services, health and medical care, as well as individual and family care. We currently have approximately 250 employees.

Working as an assistant nurse in home care is an independent, responsible, and varied job, and one of Sweden's most important jobs! As an assistant nurse, you play a significant role for our users and work in their own homes. You get to know the users and their relatives well, which provides good continuity.
Your assignment includes providing personal care and service and supporting the user in managing their home. The assignment also includes being a contact person/fixed care contact. We work person-centered and plan interventions together with the users. The assignment includes drawing up and following up implementation plans, documenting continuously, responding to and handling safety alarms, reporting deviations, and performing delegated and instructed tasks.
We work in teams regarding the users, and you will collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, unit managers, planners, social workers, and other home care groups. The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience working in home care and/or work in the operational systems Life Care and/or Procapita.
You have a genuine interest, empathy, and sense of care for people. You are sensitive and have the ability to adapt your working method based on the user's individual needs. We assume that you have a professional attitude and the ability to create trust and establish good relationships with users, relatives, and colleagues.
For the role, it is required that you are good at planning and organizing your work. You also need to be able to reprioritize when necessary. Since the role involves working independently, you are secure in your professional role and in acute situations. You have a good ability to collaborate, are responsible, and independent. You are open to new ideas and have the ability to find solutions and opportunities in different situations and during changes. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
