We are located in the same premises as primary care in Hallsberg. Our catchment area includes Hallsberg, Kumla, and Askersund, with a combined population of approximately 48,000 residents. We are a unit characterized by great commitment, extensive knowledge, and experience. The clinic consists of approximately 30 employees, including doctors, psychologists, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, counselors, nurses, psychotherapists, medical care administrators, care coordinators, and the unit manager.
The clinic offers various treatment methods, providing interventions both individually and in groups. We are organized into interprofessional treatment teams and work evidence-based in accordance with national guidelines. The breadth of our work makes every day varied and eventful. We continuously drive development initiatives to ensure our patients receive a good reception and effective, safe care. This means that employees are expected to take an active part in development work. We also supervise students and new colleagues. If this sounds interesting and you are a person with a strong interest in psychiatry, this could be an opportunity for you to develop both personally and professionally.

You will assist patients with the fitting and training of cognitive aids, follow up on patients' well-being after inpatient care, perform suicide risk assessments, and initiate and conduct SIP (Swedish Interagency Programme) meetings. You will also be part of our team meeting patients who are on sick leave or who have/wish to apply for activity compensation. Collaboration with neighboring healthcare providers, other operations, and various authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Swedish Public Employment Service is also part of the role.
You will be an important collaborator to the other staff at the clinic, contributing your specific expertise at treatment conferences and in collaboration on patient cases. Here, you will be offered varied and independent work with a high degree of participation and responsibility. This takes place in a clinic with a good atmosphere and a cohesive work group.
