To thrive in this position, we see that you want to work in a structured and creative way to identify the best pathways for individuals to enter the labor market. You will work within the framework of the "Steps to Work" service, where you will guide a group of participants through individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. The participants in the "Steps to Work" service are a diverse group of people who will all be given practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their employment opportunities. You will collaborate with colleagues such as occupational therapists, study and career counselors, and language support staff.

• Scheduling and planning of activities and interventions
• Individual-based competence mapping
• Guiding participants to a suitable career path and helping them find a suitable work trial/workplace
• Supporting activity execution and on-site at real workplaces
• Conducting follow-ups at workplaces
• Delivering lectures and conducting individual conversations
• Administration and documentation
• Collaboration and dialogue with the Swedish Public Employment Service

• Have at least 2 years of full-time higher education or university college education in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine
• 1 year of experience on at least part-time basis in individual or group counseling/coaching of persons with mental or physical illness or disability within the last 3 years
• Have good communicative skills in speech and writing
• Are responsible, relationship-building, and organized
• Have good labor market knowledge and local knowledge
